| 1. How long will it take to receive my order? Typically, your order is shipped via Priority Mail within 24 hours of payment. Depending on your US location, you should receive the shipment in 2 to 5 business days. |
| 2. How does the Laptop or Book keep from slipping off the tray? There is a 1 inch lip at the lower edge of the work space. |
| 3. What holds the tray at it's selected angle? There are four bolts with wing nuts that are placed in appropriate holes in each leg --locking you in to the desired angle for each activity. |
| 4. Is the Laptop Lounger big enough to accommodate a larger person? Yes, the tray has 6 height settings and is 21 inches wide. A larger person will typically have room to spare on each side of their body. Out of thousands of orders only 1 has been returned for a refund due to size. |
| 5. What are my color choices? You have two choices; dark oak which is brown, or natural clear which is a blond finish. |
| 6. What is the Laptop Lounger made of? It is constructed of Poplar wood for the frame and legs, and masonite for the tray top. |

| 8. What are the dimensions of The Laptop Lounger? The width between the legs is 21 inches. The tray top is 11 inches by 21 inches. The height underneath the tray is 14 inches at the tallest setting. |
| 9. Will I ever have to leave my bed again after getting my Laptop Lounger? Yes, we haven't solved the restroom break problem yet. |
| 10. What sets Laptop Lounger apart from the competition? Laptop Lounger is the only bed desk that has adjustable height settings. That makes all the difference because our bodies are all unique and each activity tends to have its own height requirement. Also, Laptop Lounger's design allows you to lock your selected tray angle into place. Other trays have an angle adjustment that can loosen and swivel causing your computer to fall. Unlike other trays, Laptop Lounger has tray legs that will not accidentally fold on their hinges when you move around in the bed. |
